The Mountain West Conf. Football Media Blitz
The Mountain West Conf. is holding it's annual Football Media Blitz. Information, including live and recorded broadcasts can be seen at CSTV.com.
In MWC BYU related news, BYU was picked by the media to finish 2nd in the conference, behind #1 ranked TCU and ahead of #3 ranked Utah.
Offensively, the Cougars are expected to dominate, having 4 players selected to the preseason all conference team. They include, QB John Beck, RB Curtis Brown, TE Johnny Harline and OL Jake Kuresa. On defense, only "The General" Cameron Jensen was named from BYU.
Freshman of the Year honors went to McKay Jacobson of BYU.
Hopefully after the season we will have fulfilled our expectations on offense and the defense will have surprised a few people.
