20 minute interview of writer who covered Bryant.
A few highlights from the interview

-Bryant is a very strong player-looks more like a strong safety than basketball player
-strong finisher through contact
-doesn't get separation for jumper and can't shoot over people very well
-went 0-8 against Duke and 0-8 at Missouri back to back
-was given the green light to shoot with no passes
-writer questions his quickness and ability to handle high D1 talent
-injuries forced Bryant into a leading role as year went on
-average defensively in CAA
-needs to be 'more selective' in shot selection

From what I could see in the video fits the big, strong, skilled guard mold. He isn't a explosive athlete and I didn't see a single defensive highlight. He is listed at 6'4" 225. Hopefully he is enough of athlete to hang defensively.

I read he did a year a prep school and played a year at Elon. He is 20 now. So when he starts to play he will be 21-24. He should be a useful rotation player.

He led Elon team in blocked shots ( 13 ) and was 2nd in steals ( 42, 1st was 43 ) last year. He only started 13 of the 33 games and was a true freshman. Look where he finished on the team:
Scoring- 1st ( 468 points, 14.2 )--- 2nd was 414, 12.5--- 3rd was 286, 8.9
Blocks- 1st ( 13 blocks )--- 2nd was 9--- 3rd was 8
Turnovers- 1st ( 115 turnovers )--- 2nd was 58--- 3rd was 47
Fouls- Tied 1st ( 87 fouls )--- 3rd was 84
Assists- 2nd ( 89 assists, 2.7 )--- 1st was 100, 3.1--- 3rd was 44, 1.3
Rebounds- 2nd ( 138 rebounds 45-O, 93-D, 4.2 )--- 1st was 139, 10-O, 129-D, 4.2--- 3rd was 130, 38-O, 92-D
Steals- 2nd ( 42 steals, 1.3 )--- 1st was 43, 1.3--- 3rd was 29, 0.9
Minutes- 2nd ( 840 minutes, 25.5 )--- 1st 979, 29.7--- 3rd was 790, 23.9

Thanks E-Zone. These are very good stats. I was thinking he should be considered for tight end but if he can produce like that he should be of use.
