Re: Reality setting in with FrUte fans
I recently had a prescription filled. The pharmacy assistant is a huge Utah fan. He has a large "U" tatooed on the inside of his left forearm. After a couple of snide remarks prompted by the large "Y" on my sweatshirt, he stopped talking trash and began to talk about the Utes. He...

Re: Player Survey re Anae and Doman
What was the sample size?
Who was surveyed, offense, defense, all team members?
What were the questions?
Never mind, I was formulating questions while others were posting.

Re: Utah to Pac 10 crap again
If Utah were to go to the PAC 10, and BYU were to remain in the MWC, there is at least one possible positive. Post season, assuming the Cougars were not invited elsewhere, they would go to the Las Vegas Bowl, where they could beat the fourth or fifth place PAC 10 team, Utah.

Re: Honor Code
You are not the first to raise this. While I was in a position of leadership in a BYU Ward, one of the members of the High Council lamented the fact that when someone had transgressed, who was the only member in his family, and was not supported by his family in being a member, was expelled, he had ...

Re: Good thing we have all that RB depth...
Whatever the nature of the past or present relationship, I hope they can put this matter behind them. While at BYU, I saw fellow Ward members in various situations that led to their withdrawal, suspension, or expulsion. It was difficult for all involved. Everyone affected needed love and support. Pa...

Re: Harvey Unga Withdrawing?????
Matt Payne's Deseret News blog reports Unga and women's basketball player Keilani Moeaki have decided to withdraw because of Honor Code violations. I'm sad for them first. Also sad for their teammates, and for us fans. http://www.deseretnews.com/blog/19/10008934/BYU-Cougars-blog-Unga-Moeaki-withdraw...

Re: Steven Thomas at safety
Uale is a former Ute (Freshman season). After his mission, he turned down a schollie to return to Utah to walk on at BYU. He is from a great family. HIs father is the Stake President of East Oahu Stake. I hope Travis gets his shot and makes Hawaii proud and the Utes sorry they lost him. Being a for...
