Re: When does Holmoe talk?
Italics, lets look at this another way. I will stick with a comparison that is a little more clear. Would you rather have had Harvey Unga's collegiate career or Stanley Havili's? Both were pretty highly recruited. SH went to USC and has received reasonable playing time with very little national atte...

Re: When does Holmoe talk?
EEEEASY does it Italics! With all due respect to "Your Experienced-ness" on CC, I'm worried for you. Did you not ever get asked to Sadie-Hawkins? Your strategy would either suggest you think the MWC ship is going down--not that sinking in two feet of water is much of a loss; OR you're just...

Re: There Can Only Be One
"There Can BE Only One." Please get your movie quotes straight. This doesn't bode well for your prediction. My prediction? There will be Two! We will take Yewt skat jawing when our record is 1-3 and then take even more crap when Bronco matches Whits with the school up north and we see Heap...

Hans on Heaps
Just heard an interview of Hans Olsen on the radio. He said in his opinion from watching today, that Heaps is being prepped as the starter and Nelson is being prepped to be the back-up. He said it pained him to say so because he knows the Nelson family. I don't know if the interview will be posted o...

Re: Why Nelson Won't Start
Riley needs to be given more chances than he had last year in garbage time. But, Nobody was fooled for very long nor would they be in the future, regarding his scrambling abilities and one-and-a-half dimensionality. Tebow could get away with it because of his size, smarts and the talent/speed around...

What will they look like? Hopefully 20-30 pounds more muscular at the 4 and 5 spot.

Re: Hartsock sends em out of the kitchen.
bball--would you have preferred the explanation that it was "skill" that neutralized hartsock against sdsu? I doubt it. He plays a certain brand of ball that will be outplayed by speed and yes, athleticism. Again, love the improvements over last year, we can really start to see why he brok...

Re: Hartsock sends em out of the kitchen.
There is no question that Hartsock has been another important piece of the puzzle and certainly more effective than JT when mixed with the other starting four. However, last night, he was a little overmatched, tired or off his game. Abouo filled a major need against SDSU"s athleticism toward th...
