I think we're seeing it more because it's become "brave" and "commendable" in the world's eyes to be that way. So before, if a kid had an inkling of a feeling, he'd think to himself "that's weird, kinda gross, and I'm not going to dwell on it," and now they're encouraged to dwell on it and it consumes them, giving into the natural man and carnal desires has become "brave" and "an essential part of who you are." When really it's no more a part of who you are than my temper or big appetite for barbecue are of me.


I'm just a regular, everyday normal guy,
I can't afford a car, I use public transportation,
I don't mind, I read till I reach my destination,
sometimes a newspaper, sometimes a book,
the money I save, this stuff is off the hook,
