DISH and Fox Sports1 (BYU-Texas broadcast)
I've heard a rumor that DISH and Fox Sports are in a dispute and because of this Fox Sports1 is not being shown on DISH, which means that the BYU-Texas game won't be able to be seen by DISH customers. So, last night I checked out Fox Sports1 on DISH, channel 150, and was able to watch the Rutgers - Washington St. game. Anyone have any clear info on this issue? Have they resolved their dispute? Was there never a dispute? Or, is the dispute going to cause programming to cease beginning in September? Based on my experience last night, it looks like I will be able to watch the BYU-Texas game, unless there is something I've missed.

I've got indirect TV, where I go over to Hawk's house and watch stuff.
I'm just a regular, everyday normal guy,
I can't afford a car, I use public transportation,
I don't mind, I read till I reach my destination,
sometimes a newspaper, sometimes a book,
the money I save, this stuff is off the hook,

Fox and Dish struck a deal yesterday (August 28), so there shouldn't been an issue with that dispute anymore.BYZoo wrote:I've heard a rumor that DISH and Fox Sports are in a dispute and because of this Fox Sports1 is not being shown on DISH, which means that the BYU-Texas game won't be able to be seen by DISH customers.
