Scout ranks our class #46 with 15 recruits. We are ahead of Utah who has 19 recruits who is #49. It does not include Squally Canada.

Hate to go back to average star ranking.... But this is why I like it. Better average recruits than Utah though our class is smaller.(due to RM's)

I came across this article on Longson from an Ohio news source. I guess this is how the P5 teams handle it when a recruit goes to an "inferior" program. Basically. "he did not come here because he knew he would not get a chance."

Coppell (Texas) High running back Charles West says that he is down to three schools: BYU, SMU and Fresno State. Someone is getting a steal here as West is one of the fastest players in the state of Texas.

Per Doug Kimmel we just lost CB Dayan Lake.....did the curse of Howell strike again?

I can't see how Howell is at fault here. Lake is a DB. Howell was always going to be his position coach from the beginning of his recruitment.

Just my guess is that some grades and/or honor code issues have come to light causing him to realize he may not survive at BYU.
