Thought Jaime Hill was Bad? Could've been worse!

Post by snoscythe »

Instead of trying to throw a game by calling the same base defense an entire half, he could have done what Texas Tech's recently fired DC did and sold the defensive signals to the opposing teams in advance of each game.

Gotta love the things people will do for money.

That's insane. That guy will likely never get another job in coaching if this is found to be true.

If true, I wouldn't be surprised to see Texas Tech suing not only the former DC, but the coaches, teams, and schools who accepted the signals, regardless of whether or not they paid for them. Seems like those would pretty easily qualify as trade secrets.

To be fair to Peter Jackson, he has included plenty from Tolkien's other writings in The Hobbit films.

I'm just a regular, everyday normal guy,
I can't afford a car, I use public transportation,
I don't mind, I read till I reach my destination,
sometimes a newspaper, sometimes a book,
the money I save, this stuff is off the hook,

I started to watch the video of the Sooner game... is it the current D coordinator's claim that the selling of signals cause the three and four missed tackles per long run that they were showing the OU running backs had on their long runs?

Scapegoat anyone?
