IMO, mobility for a QB should be limited to moving around in the pocket and the occasional scramble. As mobile as Young was he wasn't out there running the read option and scrambling for a 100 yards a game professionally or while at BYU.
The read-option centric offense needs to go. Fine to whip it out a play or two during the game. But once or twice every 3 downs is too much and the QB is just playing on borrowed time.

Gunk, I agree, BUT... Another problem for BYU going to a more traditional QB offense (besides the "problem" of Taysom just being a beast running the ball) is the lack of oline protection. Hill would have ended up running the ball about as often on broken plays as he did with the read-option.
