He thinks the B1G will add two teams by 2017.

Big12 backing off of CCG. Maybe they got pressure behind the scenes for doing it with only 10 teams. Maybe they should have a tiebreaker game when 2 teams tie for first place.

Any truth to the Tweet that BYU and Big12 officials met last week?

Probably not. Check the date of the tweet. Some of those tweets are a few years old.

Dude of WV is connected and usually has decent information. My hunch regarding his statements last week about B12 and the ACC are directly correlated. Meaning, the ACC can improve its lot in life by contraction, while the B12 could help them out by taking a couple of teams off their hands.

Speculation - Louisville, who some B12 insiders have expressed regret for not taking them last round, is a main target.

And, CSU to the B1G would blow the Rutgers-Maryland announcement surprise out of the water!

Louisville is a basketball first school. Why on earth would they leave the ACC for the Big 12? Why would any team from any P5 conference leave that conference for the Big 12?
