He didn't hurt anyone. There are no victims. It's a stupid law.

Someone old enough to enlist in the military and legally kill other people can't have a drink in his own, "free" country? At some point we need to reevaluate things. If you are old enough to go to war, you are old enough to drink. If you aren't old enough to drink, then you shouldn't be old enough to hold an m-16 and point it at people in other countries, as a representative of America. You can't have it both ways.

He should get suspended for the first quarter of the game, if that. It isn't like he did anything wrong. If he would have harmed someone, sure. But at worst, he trespassed, which he wouldn't have probably done otherwise if the cops hadn't chased him.

At some point, we have to start thinking rationally, and start taking back control of our reckless government and laws.

Agreed. College kids drink alcohol. More at some schools than others, but still.

I agree with you that something needs to be done. And I can see the argument that kids who can join the army should be able to drink (I can see it but disagree with it); however, I'm a big believer in the rules. Until that rule is changed (drinking age) it needs to be enforced 100%. Love the rule or change it.

I also believe that just because he takes care of the matter in the court system that that doesn’t limit the team’s ability to further discipline him.

My only comment above was that we'd not just let him go. He'd probably sit an entire game.
