Cutting a deal with the BIG12
There has been a lot of dialogue about getting into the Big12. Other teams want in. What kind of deal would you cut to get in? What edge do we offer?
There is a lot of flexibility that BYU has to make a deal. We could help them build a TV network without the LHN. Split the profits with the teams minus Texas. Maybe we could convince Texas that they would make more by joining in. That would make Oklahoma happy. Donors could help pay an entrance fee. Guarantee that they don't get reduced revenue by taking it out of our share if there is a drop. Reduced revenue the first few years. Help to get a championship game. Other ideas?

We could stop beating Texas and Oklahoma in football for the few years. That might makes them happy to have us.
