The point is, for those who haven't figured it out yet, that the time for the rivalry between the two has long since ended. They were both below average quarterbacks for BYU.Cougs_Rule wrote:Let's see. Saying that he wasn't good enough to be a BYU qb. You think that doesn't reference the Brokeback Y Mountain bromance that caused (if not in whole, in part) him to go elsewhere?
Interesting.

Right, saying that Heaps wasn't a good enough QB to play at BYU somehow invokes a love of Riley NelsonBrayden Green wrote:Uh, you brought it up Hawk...hawkwing wrote:The point is, for those who haven't figured it out yet, that the time for the rivalry between the two has long since ended. I'm just a regular, everyday normal guy,
I can't afford a car, I use public transportation,
I don't mind, I read till I reach my destination,
sometimes a newspaper, sometimes a book,
the money I save, this stuff is off the hook,

Jake Heaps wasn't good enough to play QB at BYU. He also wasn't good enough to play QB at Kansas or Miami. The preceding sentence has nothing to do with any other QBs on the roster at the respective schools at the same time.
