Hopefully he's more athletic than Ogletree.....Is this guy really a better option than Auston Johnson??

Ogletree lead the team in tackles the last two years and was the undisputed leader of the D. Being athletic isn't the only attribute that makes a good player. Desire, hard work ethic, commitment to excellence figure into the equation.

His dad offered him preferred walk-on status at WI. He will opt to play four years with possible redshirt.
Will be playing in Ogletree's former position.

Jay Drew, SL Trib quoted on 6/26/13 Bronco's explanation about Chasen transferring:
"There are two contributing factors:
1. He played in an all-star game and realized his knee wasn't ready to play.
2. And then also, considering and getting a taste of what the BYU experience was going to be, with his lifestyle and standards, he realized it probably wasn't going to be the best fit for him, which is great.

So Chasen had a taste of it, and the combination between his knee needing more time, and realizing during that time that he might rather be with his father [he left]. And that's OK."

Hmmm...lifestyle and standards not the right fit...interesting statement.

Props to Chasen for being up front and honest. Better to make the move now than later.
