2014 - Courtland Sutton S/TE

Post by jvquarterback »

6'4" 195 4.58. From Brenham, TX.

Best offer other than BYU is Colorado. Looks like the Yewts will be looking to their other rival for recruiting help as well.

He lines up all over the place: Fs, SS, DE/OLB, TE, WR.

Other intangibles:
Shuttle - 4.53 sec
Vertical - 36"
Powerball - 29.9'
He punishes WR and is opportunistic in getting interceptions and fumble recoveries. Nice to see that we are hitting the Texas area hard with DB/FS recruiting.

He is scheduled to make a visit to the BYU campus. Hope we pull out all stops (legally) to get this athlete.

Has his choices narrowed down to BYU or Colorado.
