Is he eligible to play this year?

Played for UTEP in 2011, 2012, 2013 so he has two years left to play one. He has a 3.7 GPA in electrical engineering. Was all conference USA academic team for three years. I imagine if he hasn't graduated already he wouldn't be visiting.

If he graduates he'll be eligible right away. I suppose he could even take a red shirt year and still have a year to play if he really wants a master's degree.
