We'll be on the list until the final decision is made. My guess, he goes to Duke or Kansas. Probably Duke...you know...the school with that coach that just finished coaching the U.S. national team.

If he is not going on a mission then he needs to come to BYU. His mission would be establishing the Y with future star recruits and receiving the gospel training in Zion. Maybe even finding his future spouse.

His family did a fireside in the tongan stake in Oakland. Gives some insight to what he is thinking.

Seriously, Rose is just never going to get it done at BYU until he coaches the US national team.Gunk wrote:We'll be on the list until the final decision is made. My guess, he goes to Duke or Kansas. Could have gone to that fireside, but it was my 1 year old's b-day.scott715 wrote:http://www.cougarboard.com/board/messag ... id=9035759

Interesting that he may seem to be a bit frustrated with people constantly asking him about a mission. I certainly would. Hope it doesn't put a bad taste in his mouth about being around a predominantly LDS community.
Don't worry about it, Parker. It's between you and God.

Bummer. Class act, though, and I'm not surprised.Mars wrote:Some claiming he told Coach Rose in person that he won't be choosing BYU and then flew home.crh55 wrote:He is on campus!
