JP announces NEXT THURSDAY!

BYU hasn't faired well with recruits who have press conferences. Ugh.
The day of the Bowl game? Coincidence? Good omen?

Yup - Dec 20th announcement at his school. Will probably be earlier in the day than our Bowl Game. I think he had at least one visit after BYU - might have been Stanford. Something accelerated his time-frame to announce a bit. He announced "no mission" last week.

Maybe he will serve a Manti Teo type mission wherever he goes - BYU would be nice - I love underdogs.

Maybe Timpview #2 and his school #1 nationally had an impact.

Anae just might be the guy. Wisconsin DC says Anae is totally unpredictable because he just runs a bunch of plays with no rhyme or reason. Whooped Butt on Houston DC for 3 of 4 quarters. Destroyed Texas DC and HC careers.

Not looking good........Sonny Parker told Jim Hailey of the USA Today that it's likely between Duke and Michigan State for Jabari's services. I wonder if Rose has gotten the "it's me not you speech yet"?? How does Rose change his mind??

Although it does sound like Isiah Thomas is telling Jabari to go where he feels the most comfortable and hopefully that's BYU.

I have a feeling grocery stores in Utah County are going to sell out of this product that night after RN starts the bowl game and Parker opts for St. Elsewhere:

LONE PEAK #2, let's give credit where credit is due. Timpview already got football glory this year.

I'm just a regular, everyday normal guy,
I can't afford a car, I use public transportation,
I don't mind, I read till I reach my destination,
sometimes a newspaper, sometimes a book,
the money I save, this stuff is off the hook,

My Bad. Need to move back to Utah so I can keep this all straight. I have never seen either school. I do not think either school existed back when I lived there.

Not sure but I do not remember it. I was in Provo High School until 1968 Spring. Transferred to Wasatch High. Came back to BYU in Fall 1969 and graduated Summer 1972. I am that old. MBA June 74 at the U and mostly gone from Utah since other than working in SLC for two years in about 1980.
