Bigger question is who has his scholarship now. Halford? Sharp?

Twice denied a mission. Told to wait a year. Academics? Probably not that. Who would have his scholarship now if he got suspended for an unspecified violation of team rules. But, sure, let's go ahead and criticism the coaches for not taking a scholarship away from someone because DH was denied a mission for a year by his hometown Bishop.

There are a few things that a bishop would consider telling a prospective missionary to take a year before they're ready for their mission... some of those things would also trigger an honor code violation at BYU.

Am I the only one that can read the tea leaves here?
