BYU vs Ole Miss in Dayton
Well after enduring that selection and waiting to the very end, I"m just glad to be in.
In Dayton
# 11 BYU
RPI 38
BPI 30
# 11 Ole Miss
RPI 55
BPI 36
Beat them and we have, in Jacksonville,
# 6 Xavier
RPI 31
BPI 29
Hard to see the seeding logic based on RPI and BPI. Looks like we should be higher seeded, but dang, win the dang conference tournament and you don't put us fans through that ordeal.

Re: BYU vs Ole Miss in Dayton
I like this match-up. I've happened to watch their last 2 or 3 games, and they look awful. They've lost 4 of their last 5 and 5 of their last 8. Now is a great time to play them.
They've also lost to the likes of Vanderbilt, western Kentucky, TCU, and charleston Southern. Yes, you read that right. I don't even think they deserved to get in.
These Guys are very beatable.

I think Ole Miss is an example of a team benefiting from its losses more than it's wins.
Still, we can't overlook them. They will come to play.

I really like the fact that we're playing a team we've never played before in BB and that they are out of the SEC.
I don't like that the bubble teams left out were non P5 teams.

Shocker power 5 teams that should not be. I love the lame excuse when they talk to the board about ucla getting it. Texas UofI and ucla should not be in the field.

Re: BYU vs Ole Miss in Dayton
Agreed. All three stumbled into the post season. I thought that was a criteria.
