So you're saying Roberts lied about his beliefs of the constitution (his sworn duty as a justice) to get Romney elected?

And if so you must then have an extremely low opinion of the guy, right?

I don't know about this theory how ever I am concerned that these justices are voting their ideologies instead of their opinion of the law. Scary that it is always 5-4 with the same guys voting as blocks.

I heard an analyst assessing the financial impact of ObamaCare in the future. He said the are 21 different tax increases in ObamaCare. And, over the next 10 years could tax the USA as much as $2 trillion.

This law will have a big, negative impact on a fragile economy trying to recover. We are now like Europe, with chronic high unemployment and and slow growth economies.

Good luck to us. We need it.

But in RObert's efforts to protect the court politically and hamstring the Obama win in a number of ways, his little effort to re-write Obamacare as a tax opened up a floodgate for new taxes legislating non-actions. This is not a capitation tax that you get for just living, this is a tax on inaction which is brand new. The Facebook jokes about a tax for not eating your broccoli are right on.

This is what happens in a high pressure situation when a very intelligent man attempts to shoulder such a weighty decision alone and leaves the back door wide open. His attempt at brilliance in limiting the commerce clause made things worse by expanding Congress' ability to tax.

The problem is - the idiots, drones, Kool-aid drinkers, and race baiters don't care to figure it out.

Hopefully the Independents will have their minds enlightened, and they will see things as they really are. The U.S. perched on a precipice.

Don't forget that the liberal whackos make up only 20% of this country, but they do 99% of the shouting, race-baiting, defaming, and destruction to families. We need to convince those in the middle that this is nothing but a socialistic course for America and 0bama and his cronies must be kicked out.

I heard a survey today that said conservatives are the most happy and the liberals are the least.

LOL that is no surprise. Wickedness never was happiness.

Why do you think civil unions are not good enough for gays? Because it doesn't force religion to accept homo as an acceptable practice and reclassify it as not sinning.
