A plurality of voters think Barack Obama is the worst president since World War II, a new poll says.

According to a Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday, 33 percent of voters think the current president is the worst since 1945.

I would say since Woodrow Wilson who just happened to be the first "educated" president elected (first with a PHd). It is funny how people can become so educated yet not learn a useful thing

A very important point - actually - a critical point in these recent polls is - Obama has lost the Independents.

So have the Republicans, though. They are doing a super good job of not welcoming the vote of any disenfranchised independent or liberal (or conservative).
