Some good points

1. Be a good friend

2. Practice what you preach

3. Participate in service

4. Speak positively of the church

5. Keep a Spirit filled home

6. Choose to be happy

7. Be kind

8. Be not ashamed

I would even add that if we want to convert Cougar fans we need to practice #5. Speak positively of the program. Add #8 to that.
