Bottom Five and another Miscellany

Post by BoiseBYU »

The Bottom Five is late late late. But it has good reason. It's been laughing its kilt off. Oh wait that's Scotland. Still see the new number one below and you'll understand. Here's last week Bottom Five

5. UW has had a killer of a schedule, playing and barely beating HI and Eastern Washington. Fortunately, they scheduled a cupcake at the right time--they played a Big 10 team, IL, and beat them handily. So number five goes to the Big 10.

4. Michigan. Another Big 10 team, these guys were shut out by ND for the first time in 30 years. Woeverines looked horrible. So number four goes to the Big 10.

3. Bowling Green has had a tough schedule, but, like UW, they scheduled a pansy at the right time, the IN Loosiers, and beat them 46-42. So number 3 goes to the Big 10.

2. Idaho Vandals. What's refreshing about the team is the coach. After losing to Western MI, the Idaho coach said "they kicked our butt. They out-executed us. They out-coached us. They out-played us. " So it was a complete performance. But not enough to hold off our new number one.

1. One unnamed teenager from a state not to be named. There was a traffic accident. Fortunately, no one got killed, although the vehicle's passengers went to the hospital for a time because the vehicle they were in rolled (no one was wearing seat belts). The cause of the crash? The passenger in the front with the driver thought it would be funny to light the armpit hair of the driver while he was driving 50 mph. There is nothing to be said but to stand in awe.

Honorable mention. Bottom five waiting so long to post, gets to salute Tampa Bay's 58-14 loss to Falcons tonight. Who knew Tampa Bay was in the Bjg 10? Shout out to Towson State. They won, beating Delaware St. BTW, where the heck is Towson? As for Scotland, it looks like they want to stay in the UK. Good! I'd hate to see the remaining guys announced at the next Olympics as the 3/4 United Kingdom or the former United Kingdom or some such bloody thing. Well cheerio! Oh and Rise and Shout!
