Help out a Cougar fan with medical bills

Cougar fan and long time CougarCorner user Ungoy is recovering from surgery. His family has setup a site to help cover some of the medical expenses. I thought I'd post it here for those who can spare a few extra dollars to help a fellow CougarCorner user.
