It's not going to be very good if they've only raised $200k total. It costs a lot to make even a short film, especially if it's going to include the effects work they're showing in the concept art.

They have raised more money since my last post, and they have also raised money outside of Kickstarter. You can also donate on their new website https://reignofjudgesmovie.com/

Reign of Judges: Title of Liberty was able to make a concept short film with the money generated from Kickstarter. They were able to hire named actors, like Ben Cross, for the short and did a great job with it.

The following link is another campaign to raise funds for the feature film. You can rent or buy the concept short film here, as well as pledge money to the film. They are also taking outside investors. You can get all the info you need from searching Reign of Judges: Title of Liberty on Facebook.
