I saw that. It's unbelievable. I hope the Pelican HC doesn't go "Sybil" whack out on Jimmer.

The Pelicans didn't draft Austin Rivers #10 to have him lose out to a guy they are paying 1/3 the amount and got for nothing.

They're not the Sacramento Kings. They actually plan to use, play and build around their high draft picks.

I think it's a clear sign Jimmer's time is done. His minutes have gone steadily down through the preseason, and he's no longer being seriously looked at.

The coaches have been very explicit from game one that Jimmer's touch on O was never in doubt, but if he wanted to be in the rotation, he has to earn it on D.

I agree that Jimmer will not get many minutes with pelicans. I can't believe they picked up Tyreke Evans who I believe is one of the most overrated players in the NBA. Right along with tyreke is Salmons who is just a joke. Both will get more minutes than Jimmer.

Got 17 minutes last night in a win over the Mavs. Didn't play particularly well, but got minutes.

If Jimmer hits 17 minutes a night that would be a huge win for him this year. (got about 17 tonight). Unfortunately, he's going to have to do better than going 0-6 from the field.
