Re: Stephen Rogers tweet
I wouldn't say that. He's a spot up shooter that defends with length. He should be able to contribute just fine as long as he doesn't have any more setbacks.

Re: Stephen Rogers tweet
I don't think it means he hasn't been running, jumping or shooting, only that now he can finally do it without pain which is a great thing.hawkwing wrote:so he wont be any good until the 2013-2014 season.scott715 wrote:"7-30-12...The first day in over six months I ran, jumped and shot a basketball with no pain in my right knee!! #roadtorecovery #bouttime"

Re: Stephen Rogers tweet
Call me skeptical. We heard good reports about Chris Collinsworth all last off-season and heard good reprots all season about Stephen Rogers and neither ever did much of anything last year.
I'm not sold on Rogers being ready.

Re: Stephen Rogers tweet
Much like any reports I read about how good the football team looks, I refuse to get excited about Rogers/Collinsworth injury reports until I see it on the field...or court in this case.

Re: Stephen Rogers tweet
I've never been hugely impressed with Collinsworth the elder. I really want Rogers back on the hardwood. The fact that he's playing pain free means that he'll most likely be just fine by the time basketball starts. If he's smart about gradually getting back into playing shape and doesn't push his recovery too fast. Still lots of time between now and basketball.
