Yes, a private organization can regulate speech WITHIN their organization, but that doesn't mean they can tell me, as not a booster or coach, not to tell a kid where I think he should go to school.

They can do it all they want--they just can't enforce it against you.

What this is leading up to is student athletes taking their twitter and FB profiles private.

This wasn't tweets and facebook posts/pages. This was a guy posing as a reporter and calling recruits.
