Tonight, he played 8 minutes in the first half in which he scored 8 points and had 1 assist (then he got pulled). In the second half he eventually got 10 more minutes where he scored 4 points and had 2 more assists. So, in 18 minutes Jimmer had 12 points and 3 assists shooting 50% from the floor and 100% FT. The starting PG played 30 minutes, had 9 points, and 1 assist. I'm convinced that Smart is either a racist (see Jeremy Lin's minutes when he played for the guy) or just an absolutely awful coach, or both.
Smart is absolutely a racist pos. My wife was watching with me and once Jimmer got benched after sparking the team on yet another comeback I said "He's not getting any more meaningful minutes in this game." I turned off the game before he got back in apparently, but it's the same pattern every game. Jimmer will likely be benched for a while now.

Spot on analysis. Queens are unwatchable, JF needs to be moved soon. But Maloofs and Sac coach aren't very bright. JF absolutely needs a fresh start.

However, if Evans continues to sit due to injury, Jimmer may get some mins tonight against the Clippers. CP3 would prob. school him though, so look for IT.

At least the coach gave the Jimmer-treatment to a fellow brotha, IT, in the waning seconds of last night's game....saving IT for the LAC game, I'll bet.

Jimmer actually played 21 minutes last night. He had 15 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and was 5-7 from the field, making some clutch shots late to take the lead and extend it. But the most impressive stat is the +/-. If you look down the column for the game, all the Kings players are single digits, but Jimmer is +13! Bet he rides the pine next game, can't have a white boy taking the spotlight in Smart country...

I'll have to check on Monday, I don't have my Jimmer spreadsheet at home, but that +13 might be a career high.

Good game last night. The game, as usual, changes when Jimmer is in there because he gets everyone involved. Even IT, whom I like, has caught the selfish bug from that roster a bit. But Jimmer sets the pace that suits the Kings best imo.

Maybe the problem isn't Coach Smart but Tyreke Evans? Didn't he miss the game?

Sad deal in Sacramento right now.

- Coach hasn't been able (or hasn't tried) to create a team first identity.
- Several skilled players who appear selfish.
- Log jam at point (Jimmer, IT, Brooks) all who are potential starters. Looking at the minutes played over the last couple games, it doesn't appear that Smart has any idea of whom he should be playing most.
- Possibly the worst run team in the NBA at the moment.

He is definitely part of the problem. He is a very talented player (like they all are lol) but he can't play D and never passes. But hey if he's hot at least he gets to showboat a bit.

Fixed it (unless you count the N.O. Seagulls...but nobody does).

I'm shocked, praise for Jimmer from his racist coach and teammates:

"Jimmer did a great job chasing J.J. Redick, where had to negotiate a lot of screens and I thought that was really big. He made a couple of big plays and shots for us as well."
-Coach Kieth "Not" Smart

"Dog, Jimmer got moves, dog. That *expletive* crazy! I just said *expletive* huh? Damn. But Jimmer got moves, it’s crazy. Man his moves are crazy! You just don’t expect it from Jimmer and he hits you with something crazy. But we’re definitely excited. Always feels good to have your teammates playing well, so that’s how it should be."
-Ballhog DeMarcus Cousins
