Like the way he is recruiting prospects (most notably Johnny Ragin) - wants to play with the best and surrounding himself with great players. He and R. Matthews are going to be real studs at the tackles.

They should easily be 4-0 right now but we’ll see how it goes,” said Kearsley. “They are only a few plays away from that being the case.”
Seeing the struggles
Having a game to play of his own, Kearsley won’t be able to watch the Cougars play Hawaii Friday night, so he’ll record
In the meantime, he would like to see the Cougar fan base continue to support the team they love.
“I don’t think they should bad-talk any of the players,” Kearsley said. “I just think they should believe in the team that they love. There’s no reason they shouldn’t believe in

Sounds like a lesson we could all learn...scott715 wrote:“I don’t think they should bad-talk any of the players,” Kearsley said. “I just think they should believe in the team that they love. There’s no reason they shouldn’t believe in

Re: 2013 - Brayden Kearsley OL
Jay Drew tweeted BYU coaches Robert Anae and Kelly Poppinga visited recruit Brayden Kearsley in Ore. on Fri. night. Told the visit went extremely well, FWIW.
I heard that Anae impressed him. Told him that if he wanted to play in the NFL, that he needed to learn how to play center. BK is reconsidering the Y.

Again, in his press conference at his HS, he donned the BYU hat and chose BYU. This is great news. Ends all speculation with OSU.

Listening to "Mike and Mike in the Morning" on ESPN radio and they were talking about where you spend your big money on NFL players and the first 3 they mentioned were Center, QB, and WR. Seems like Center is a huge part, bigger than I thought, of the OL and Anae must have quite a bit of confidence in Kearsley

Re: 2013 - Brayden Kearsley OL
One good thing about Anae is being able to tell recruits where they will best fit in the NFL (if they are NFL worthy). Kearsely apparently had trust in Anae's recommendation - enough to re-commit - because no other coach had . Hope that this type of influence continues to impress recruits who have a desire to play at the next level.

I do wonder what will become of our boy "Tushy", because he is never going to start at Center again at BYU.
