Knock on wood that it isn't BYU.

At this point, it won't be BYU. It could be one of the MWC teams.

Might be Ole Miss looking at bracketmatrix.

I agree, but until I see BYU flash across the screen on the Sunday selection show, I will still be nervous for the Cougars.

ESPN's Lunardi has now added Wyoming to his Bracketology and now we're playing Iowa as a 10 seed. Texas and Ol' Miss are still there along with Boise and Temple. I can't tell who he bounced.

Indiana and Tulsa has dropped off his brackets. I think Tulsa dropped off before, but Indiana had been there.

At this point BYU is in... the more bid thieves the better because it'll improve our seed not worsen it. Wyoming isn't going to get a better seed than us, but you could make an argument that a Texas or Boise could... but if they get bumped off then we move up. The only way we lose seeding (other than the sunday rule killing us nearly every year) is if a team behind us improved their seeding by winning today or tommorrow. The only team that might have done that was Oregon (but I think they were safely ahead of us anyhow so not behind us) or Purdue... but neither won today. (I think Purdue slots into the same seed as us now). Temple might have had a chance to jump us with a win too

BYU is listed as a 91%

Current Bubble Teams
Team NCAA Bid%
Texas 51.1%
Buffalo 78.5%
Miami (FL) 54.5%
Mississippi 45.2%
I'm stoked that Hawaii lost (hate em) and because UCIrvine has a 7'7" guy that will make for a fun matchup. (hawaii btw is going to be pretty good next year... they only had one senior on their roster and soph Aaron Valdes has a higher ceiling than anyone on our current roster)

The only team below us in chance of not getting in that is projected to have a higher seed is LSU, which is an interesting case

1:00 PM (21) Arkansas vs (1) Kentucky*

3:30 PM Michigan St vs (6) Wisconsin* CBS

3:15 PM Connecticut vs (20) SMU*

1:00 PM Virginia Commonwealth vs Dayton* CBS

1:00 PM Georgia Southern vs Georgia St*

The only teams that could affect our seeding tomorrow would be dayton winning (vcu is ahead of us regardless) root for VCU

or

Georgia State winning big.. though I doubt that's enough to push them above us and I think losing keeps them out of the dance

I don't give MSU a chance against Wisconsin. The Badgers are playing for a 1 seed

I would hate to be the team that has to play Uconn in the tourney though... they're not getting anything better than an 11 seed but I wouldn't want to be one of those 6s that worked and earned their 6s seed and then have a brutal 1st round matchup against a loaded young team like UConn (UConn has one senior of note, Boatright)
