Freshman Hype
Which Freshman are you most excited to see play?
I've got two: Ross Apo and Zac Stout. These were the "other" two guys at the Heaps presser last June.
Apo is an all-world talent. BYU has never had a talent like him at the WR position. We've had receivers with hands, with speed and with size. But never all three. This guy had committed to Texas. I want to see if he's for real, because if he is, he'll dominate the MWC.
Zac Stout was the #8 MLB according to Scout.com. Scouts.Inc (ESPN) had him ranked as the #30 OLB. BYU has an immediate need at MLB and Stout looks to have the size, speed and brains to come in and play right now. If BYU can be sound at both MLBs, BYU's defense will go a long way to being very good.
So what about you?

Re: Freshman Hype
I'm a little lazy, and want to see the obvious: if a freshman QB can be successful at BYU.

Re: Freshman Hype
I really want to see some great young defenders step up, especially a pass rusher like Alani Fua.
I'm just a regular, everyday normal guy,
I can't afford a car, I use public transportation,
I don't mind, I read till I reach my destination,
sometimes a newspaper, sometimes a book,
the money I save, this stuff is off the hook,

The forgotten freshman: Kyle Van Noy. Want to see if he is Bryan Kehl v. 2.0. I am hoping.
