The cougars found the endzone more often than the Utes did.

Too bad Utah found the red zone 7 times. That's a potential 49 points. The game really shouldn't have been very close.

This is like saying the Utes had 7 possessions so they should have 49 points. BYU defense did their job and limited the damage.

You could just as easily say BYU should have won because they were in the "blue zone" but didn't convert many points. Both teams left a lot on the table which I think is a credit to the defenses. And lack of offense on BYU part.

Yeah, this topic makes no sense this week. Maybe last week, but not this week. We scored more TDs, and had Hifo run his rub route correctly instead of turning it into an illegal pick, we might be celebrating instead of whining today, because we scored 3 TDs to their 1 + 4 FGs.

Switch the BYU and Ewete kickers and BYU wins the game 17-13.

I truly don't understand how the Ewetes consistently find such excellent kickers - and, why BYU isn't able to find adequate kickers. Make a 28-yard field goal for crying out loud!

BYU specifically passed on Utah's current kicker. So, poor special teams talent evaluators/recruiters.

But he's a soccer player and doesn't have good timing......

Anyone have the full story on Gay? I've seen it a few placed that BYU blew him off. Crazy. Our kicking game has been subpar for a long time.
