BYU vs Washington game thread

That's the longest throw this season by our offense. Also ended up as the longest pass play.

We have had A LOT of penalties this game.

Dumb mental errors. Still, if we can hold them to 21--sounds like a tall order--we have a chance.

Has anyone else noticed that Washington is holding all over the place (and "edge blocking" on Kaufusi being another phrasing of "legal" holding) and not getting called for it?

What refs do we have, anyway?

absolutely no pressure on Browning and he is carving us up. Just as I expected. I was hoping otherwise but reality is reality.

QBs must dream about playing against BYU. No pressure, soft zones all night. We do a pretty good job of stopping the long bomb, but it's an EASY 10-15 yards a play.

With a lot of teams, the bend-not-break defense works because they'll make a drive killing mistake eventually, but not against a team with the talent and experience of UW. This could get ugly.

This BYU team has been reading their press clippings. I am not seeing a focus like I saw against Wisconsin. Unless they get focused at half time the game is going to end up worse than I was imagining.

And once again we look timid out on the field.

Defense is letting Browning do whatever he wants. Offense is so jittery they can put together 2 successful plays in a row.

Hey...Mangum is making his passes. Now if we could just throw a pass longer than 10 yards.
