Broadcast opening for BYU football
Nate Meikle is headed for law school at Stanford
http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=498&sid=10394445
so there is an opening for a new sideline/locker room reporter for BYU football games.
Sno? Mars? Tours of duty done, kitic? Hawkwing, it would free you from admin responsibilities?

Congrats to Nate, it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
I for one would love to see sno doing this, I think it's something he'd excel at with his insights into the game. Mars would be like an avalanche of information coming at you all the time, which I would love.
I've thought a few times about requesting media access for the site, and sending some blogporters to write more newsy articles on whats going on. I think AFCougar used to do this at a previous site, may some others did too?

Yes get a credential pass, I am sure we could find someone to use it. I nominate Urroner for Nate's job. I would like to see him on tv, NOT!

HEY THERE!!!!! I promise you that if I became a commentator for BYU sports, nobody, but nobody would complain about any comments I made or didn't make. Of course, on look at me and everybody would go blind and deaf.scott715 wrote:Yes get a credential pass, I am sure we could find someone to use it. I nominate Urroner for Nate's job. The best thing about urroner doing the sideline is it would be on radio only...

I wouldn't mind being a firefighter/paramedic in Provo someday. Except for the snow, of course, and the much lower pay than California (though a lower cost of living as well). Maybe I could commute from Cedar City...

Too bad. St. George is probably too long a commute. Provo is a great place though, non-temperate weather aside.hawkwing wrote: More snow in Cedar City
