#5 Cougars knock off the #3 Rams from CSU in an awesome game, final score 8-5. Last regular season game is next Saturday the 30th @ 7 pm against the SNOT.

The #2 Cougars romped all over the SNOT in the classic rivalry game (which the Utards have never won), netting the easy win 18-5. The teams will meet in a rematch next week in Colorado in the first round of the RMLC (rocky mountain lacrosse conference) tournament.

The sad thing (for the Utards, if there is such a thing) is that they're a top-15 team and deserve to go to the national tournament, but they play in the RMLC where the other teams are #2 BYU, #3 CSU, and #7 Colorado and so their in-conference record is terrible and they always lose in the first round of the conference tournament. Happens every year, a team like Texas State makes the tourney, and the Utards get left home.

Cougars easily beat the FrUtes again, 10-5, and will play vs. #3 CSU in the conference championship tomorrow.

BYU comes up short vs. CSU in the conference championship, dropping a close game 8-5. Cougars are looking at a likely 3 or 4 seed in the national tournament next week in Denver.
