What happens when he gets called as a mission president?
That mission will increase its teaching and baptism and retention rate.
At first, everyone is overjoyed when the retention rate jumps from 45% to 85%, but then 5 years later when 100% retention rates still haven't been achieved, the natives begin to get restless... :?
5 years as a mission president, now that would be torture! I imagine even serving 3 must be excruciating.

My mission prez had a dark, full head of hair when I got into the mish. By the time I was done, it was all gray and starting to recede...

Just remember to not mention to everyone at those "other boards" where you went to.

I'd love to keep this site off the troll's radars for as long as possible. Although, I would love to have them come here and get banned as well.
