Re: Lark is home.

Lark was a 3 star QB out of Utah and was the highest rated QB coming out of utah that year. Munns was a 4 star QB out of washington (I couild be wrong about his star rating) but was rated the top qb in the NW. Both very highly rated and I remember all the BYU fans on cougarblue felt like it was hug...

Re: Locker will be back next year

After he saw what happened to Bradford, I'm very surprised. In some people's list, he was the top QB. I think anytime you reach that position and you want an NFL career, then it's time to go.

Re: Why will this team win a tourney game?

I've wondered this question from week one. Are we different enough to win that first tourney game. First off it will depend a lot on the matchup. For what it's worth, we've drawn a challanging matchup the last few years and while the game was winnable, we failed to play our best when it mattered the...

We're Almost Back to Pre-USU loss

We're almost back to our ranking we had before the loss to USU. We had been, before the loss, AP-38 and USA-30. Now this week we're AP-41 and USA-33. One problem we are facing this season is our out-of-conference schedule has no spring to it and our games against Wagner and Eastern WA will not help ...

We're half way there, so we'll see what the next two years brings for the conference

Re: Honor Sarkisian?

For what would the honor be? The ever popular 14th anniversary of the 1996 14-1 season? His single game completion percentage record? I think it's a good idea, we just have to find something that would be worth honoring him. Santiago was their all-time leader. Sark doesn't have any all-time marks. ...

What was problem in Fresno?

I'm always a bit lost on the X's and O's of basketball having never played organized BB, but only having played intramural or rec center/ward building type. I can't put my finger on exactly why BYU had so many turnovers. Mark Durant, on the KSL broadcast, noted something about BYU not being used to ...

Re: BCS Inclusion is in Reach with Boise State

Ranking #7 in the 3rd catagory--that wouldn't keep us out? It wasn't clear to me on that requirement where the breakoff point was. It's too bad that the MWC bylaws didn't include a rule that if you remained at such and such of a national ranking (say you had to maintain at least a an average ranking...

Re: Lark is home.

According to the official system, he is due back 12/21, but mission presidents have the discretion of changing that to 30 days earlier or 30 days later without Salt Lake's approval, so he could very much be home and they didn't bother to update the system, which is common.

Re: End of Regular Season Coaches Poll results

Air Force's head coach, Troy Calhoun, voted Alabama #1, FLORIDA #2, and TCU #4... :bug: Well, his five-loss Falcons did play them to within a single score. Maybe he sees something that we don't. You have to question the sanity of anyone that puts #1 Alabama #2 Florida Did he not seen the game or at...
