Re: New Direction for Men/Womens Track
This morning I wondered what would happen to track and field with the leaving mwc. I thought I'd have to go to basketball or football for the answer. I thank you for answering the question in the proper place. While I'm here, I will say that as much as I like bb fb I like track and field as much. In...

Re: Recap Of Jimmer's Day 1 at NBA Combine
Nice to see Leonard and Thomas from SDSU giving Jimmer props--they told Chad Ford they'd rather guard Kemba than Jimmer any day. There were some nice things said about Jimmer but Leonard and Thomas's comments kind of stood out for 2 reasons. The obvious and that they are good sports. I say good luc...

Harmon Killebrew
I am not a baseball fan. I couldn't name any of today's players, but I remember Killebrew. Maybe that's because he's from Payette on the other side of our state. It's also because he seemed like a decent guy. He was a Latter Day Saint and is listed in famous Mormon athletes. I wish his family comfort.

Re: Best Ever--Tight-Ends Edition
I'm quite sure Lewis had a 6'6" or 6'8" high jump to his credit. He had a blocked field goal which won't show up on his receiving stats. He did that from under the goal post and may have been the only one at byu to ever do that. I think David Mills was only listed as 6'2" and 211lbs. ...

Re: Lakers are poor losers and Bynum is a thug
I am very happy the Lakers are out. I have stopped watching the nba largely because of kobi and His team. I did not know of the dirty plays because I stopped watching. I hope Jackson is proud of his, I mean kobi's team. Maybe I'll start watching now. Oh another thing, I truly hope the Celtic/Laker e...

Re: Poll--Best Ever OLB
Gouveia played MLB at Washington and Philadelphia. And I remember him playing inside at BYU as well. I'm not saying he didn't play OLB, just wondering where that info came from. Tried searching but couldn't find anything definitive. That is correct. I don't remember for sure what Gouveaia played at...

Re: Give me some corners I can get excited about
BYU will never have mind boggling talent/athleticism. We have to overcome that with scheme. Even the 96 corners who IMO were the best we have ever had, did not have mind boggling talent/athleticism. I think we already have a bit of it at several positions, actually. I agree that our schemes are vit...

Re: 4 ex-Auburn players admit to Pay-for-Play!!!
I've passed dead skunks on the road that didn't smell as bad as Auburn's national championship. The line between college and professional sports has become too thin. This makes the B. Davis affair look like a very bright light. Although there are probably things that may not be pure at byu, I'll tak...

I knew there was something wrong with blaming the refs!
