Re: Good Wins and Bad Losses
It seems like there have been a few more wins I’d call good wins, but wow that’s lots of really bad losses for KS.

Re: BYU @ UMASS, carried on FloSports on Roku
That’s silly. Hopefully BYU stops scheduling new games with UMass. I’m not going to sign up for any more subscriptions this season.
I am glad BYU is taking their time signing with ESPN if ESPN+ is part of the deal. Unless all the games are on ESPN+ because that would be cheap and easy lol.

Re: Liberty game in retrospect
This kind of reminds me of discussions after Portland State although Liberty is a better team obviously. It’s another datapoint of uninspired play against a team BYU should be able to smack. Also, the vanilla defensive scheme is getting questioned for good reason. I think KS deserves another season,...

Re: Which Mission Statement Is Better?
I have yet to see Saban or Coach K or any winning coach say thanks to our mission statement we are where we are today. Funny you should mention Alabama, because I think they have great mission statements, even if the department statement is a bit longwinded: Alabama Athletics Mission Statement: The...

Re: There is a path for Sitake to be a really good head coach.
The problem is, I don't think you can play with that edge every single week. This is why Utah always does crap like beat ranked UCLA and get shut out by UNLV, or beat ranked Stanford and lose to one of the Arizona schools. You can't stay fueled by emotion for a whole season like that. I also think ...

Re: Eric Mika waived by Kings
In the era of hyper specialization the deck is stacked against Mika in the NBA. Arm length is all they seem to care about.

Re: WCC 2019-2020
I haven’t looked at other teams.
With all the turmoil and NCAA fun I don’t have much in the way of expectations.
I hope to see the new staff can develop in game 3 point shooters, perimeter D, and I hope Yoli improves his pro prospects. Anything else would be a nice bonus.

Re: Colby Leifson leaving BYU
From a basketball only perspective I’d take an offer from Wofford over walking on at BYU.
If I was a young LDS kid I’d probably try walking on at BYU too.
I hope he finds a good landing spot.

Re: Our espn contract
This is an honest question. How do you guys think our current level of play is going to affect our contract renewal with ESPN. It seems to me that our product can't be worth as much now as it was when we first went independent. Could ESPN force a coaching change by telling BYU that the product Kala...
