Maybe next month when all of the recruits get together for the recruit weekend. That might be when he sees the light.

Re: Ricky Heimuli back in play?
That will be powerful. If the Y can get Heimuli on campus w/ all the other Blue Chip recruits - it will be magic. Jake Heaps & the star studded recruits will have a magical effect on Heimuli. It's the Coug's best shot.scott715 wrote:Maybe next month when all of the recruits get together for the recruit weekend. That might be when he sees the light.
Here's to common sense & a little magic!!!

Ricky Heimuli “Wide Open”
"As signing day looms near, Ricky Heimuli is keeping his options wide open. Having taken two official trips already with as many as four more scheduled for the coming month, he could end up anywhere, but he does know what type of school he does want to play for..."

IMO, Oregon has got to be his favorite, far and away.

Looks like Oregon made a very good impression on him. He seems quite intent on going on a mission and going to a school with a good academic program.

Then Oregon is a great school for him. They're very accommodating - like most BCS schools - to players' mission desires.jonnylingo wrote:Looks like Oregon made a very good impression on him. He seems quite intent on going on a mission and going to a school with a good academic program.

Quick someone! Show Mr. Heimuli what butt ugly flourescent yellow unforms looks like in a driving rain storm...and a cold one at that....Seriously, I wish him well and hope he chooses what is best for him...He has all the makings of being a player to remember should he come to BYU....jonnylingo wrote:Looks like Oregon made a very good impression on him. I did not know that.jonnylingo wrote: He seems quite intent on going on a mission.
I DO know, however, that Bronco invited him to Lavell Edwards Stadium and played over the loudspeaker chants of "Heimuli! Heimuli!", from back in the day when his relative was playing for the Cougars.

Isn't that a violation? I didn't think you could use loud speakers or do something like that.Mars wrote:I did not know that.jonnylingo wrote: He seems quite intent on going on a mission.
