BYU football and the covid19

So BYU tested negative before the navy game and had some positives after the game? that is strange...

I think there was some false confidence among the team. I know of players who said pre-season that they weren't worried about COVID affecting them because all the key players already had had it. Kind of the same sentiment Ed Orgeron foolishly expressed yesterday about LSU.

A few weeks later you find out that 3 underclassmen who are not contributors can get a game cancelled, and I wouldn't be surprised to see if the players start holding each other a lot more accountable going forward if that's all it takes to eliminate games.

"false confidence"

Annual BYU football slogan if I've ever seen one.
