I am a bit surprised that we can get PWO 3 star players.

Re: PWO Targets
BYU is getting OL Ryker Keele from Morgan.
BYU is also getting RB Austin Bell from Corner Canyon. He has plans to enroll at BYU in June.

"Timpview teammate Cael Richardson, an all-state wrestler who will accept a preferred walk-on role with the Cougar linebackers."
Is another PWO.
From same article, this is why the PWO program is so strong at BYU:
[Sitake] "If the numbers will allow it — and they should, given the low quantity of the early signing period, where 80% of recruits nationally tend to sign each year, the head coach would also like to put walk-ons like Masen Wake and Gabe Summers on scholarship, as well."
Incredible to think that Masen Wake was a non-scholarship player this season. Way to go Wake!
