BYU selected #2 in WCC
https://byucougars.com/story/m-basketba ... on-All-WCC
What is surprising to me is that BYU is picked to finish #2 by WCC coaches, but only 1 player on all-conference. The reason is this rule:
"Coaches may not vote for their own team in the preseason poll. Preseason All-WCC voting is restricted to returning student-athletes. Incoming freshmen and transfers are not eligible for consideration and coaches may not vote for their own student-athletes."
Kind of a silly rule. Let's pretend the freshman and transfers don't exist. I mean they're saying, only rely on last year data for last year's players. Huh?

Re: BYU selected #2 in WCC
Good run down. There are a lot of question marks with this team, what we do have going for us is a hungry coaching staff and an injury-free roster (knock on wood). I like the size we have. It's nice to have more than one big.
Looking forward to watching them.
