The signature is by Brandon Sanderson, the man who finished the book after Jordan died and will be completing the final 2 remaining tomes.Qman wrote:Umm signed copy... didn't Jordan die in 2007?hawkwing wrote:Just to prove that I truly am a geek, I went to the midnight release party... So is this a signature from the beyond?
The Robert Jordan signature you see on the page is printed on.

I saw that today too. Pretty cool for a BYU grad to be involved in one of the biggest fantasy series. It's inspired me to re-read the series. Hopefully by the time I'm ready for book 12 books 13 and 14 will be done.

Thanks for the link.
I've met Brandon a few times before (before he was chosen to finish the series, and once after) and he is a very cool guy. I'd love to take the class he teaches at BYU about how to write a book and actually get it published.

Two of my sons have now finished the book and both loved the new one. They highly recommend it. I am getting started but I have forgotten so much!
