Cross Country 2019
Men are #2 and women #3. Both won the conference rate. Today was regional. Men #3 Women #1. Both should be in the nationals.

BYU men's faded the last 1k. They were in 1st as a team at the 9k mark and finished 3rd.

It is okay, we rested a few runners. All we needed was to make nationals and we moved on so it is good.

Women finish the season #2, 6 points behind #1 Arkansas. The top runners are seniors so next year they will not be quite so good.

The men have won the national championship!!!!!! And in convincing fashion. Team is pretty young so they will try to defend it next year.

I actually ran into a coupld of the runners up above Orem at a parking lot at a trailhead. Pretty cool guys. I congratulated them. Should have taken a selfie.
