Re: Play of the Arizona State game
This play literally saved the game for the Cougars. If Algier doesn't do that, ASU scores and takes the lead. BYU's defense was reeling at the time.

Play.Of.The.Season. (So far). Other schools everywhere will now want to recruit linebackers to be running backs .

Re: Play of the Arizona State game
No, but it did make the top 5 from College Football Final. SC Top 10 had too many plays from lesser sports...
If the yewts take the field and there are no BYU fans to pour beer on, will anybody come?

Was #8 a defensive back? If so Allgeier has to be one of the fastest players over 220 pounds in college football. This should make all the highlight films.

Robertson is a LB and once was a BYU recruit. Sitaki pulled his scholarship offer when he was hired. I think we was even committed to the Y.

You are correct. He's a 245 lb linebacker. It was still a spectacular play!

Re: Play of the Arizona State game
Tyler was the only BYU player that didn't give up on that play. If you watch, Nacua had slowed to a jog, Hall had slowed to a jog, Tyler sprinted the whole time. Unbelievable. Luckily Hall was still there even though he had already mostly given up the play.
