Jan running his mouth again
Senior defensive end Jan Jorgensen said he hates playing the Falcons because of the cut blocks, that they played "legal but dirty." http://heraldextra.com/sports/college/b ... 03286.html
I don't really like our players giving the opponent extra motivation.

This is what my bro in law said all the time about AFA. I don't think it's any secret that other teams think that diving at the knees is dirty.
I'm just a regular, everyday normal guy,
I can't afford a car, I use public transportation,
I don't mind, I read till I reach my destination,
sometimes a newspaper, sometimes a book,
the money I save, this stuff is off the hook,

Oh, I agree completely. Doesn't mean I want our players saying that to the media in the days before the game.Schmoe wrote:This is what my bro in law said all the time about AFA. I don't think it's any secret that other teams think that diving at the knees is dirty.

I imagine this doesn't provide all that much motivation for the falcons any more than the whole "how many wives do you have?" question gets to BYU fans. After a while it gets old and loses its ability to motivate. I'm sure AFA hears about the knees before every single conference game.Mars wrote:Oh, I agree completely. On the other hand I do wonder how this affects BYU psychologically. If the cougs have injury fears in the backs of their minds I for one would expect that to have a bigger effect on the outcome of the game than the blocks themselves.

the OU game and now AFA... maybe Jan ought to run his mouth more often?

I laughed reading about the conference reprimand. What are they gonna do, suspend him from the bowl game if he says anything mean about Utah this week?
I actually do wonder if Bronco will ban him from the media until after this game...
