Heaps overthrows Hoffman after locking in on him and not noticing a wide open tight end. Hoffman did get separation. Not a good rep

Heaps was throwing to a spot. Hoffman was knocked off his route.

Excellent pass to Ashworth and even better YAC. Nice blocking by the outside receiver too.
